AZEMO GOUNE Marcelin

AZEMO GOUNE Marcelin is a Cameroonian. He has a diploma in Forest and wildlife management obtained in July 2018, from the Regional Center for Specialized Education in Agriculture, Forestry and Wood (commonly known by its French acronym CRESA-FORET-BOIS) located in Yaoundé, Cameroon.
He joined the FEDA as a volunteer in September 2019 as a member of the team that undertook a biodiversity survey of the Mbaminkom mountain forest Important Bird Area, helping in the collections of GPS coordinates of transects and other important sighting such as nests of the apes and picathartes.
Before joining FEDA, he had worked with ECOCONCEPT Association as the mapping officer and conducted a number of socio-economic surveys in the villages of AKOM, MEBASSA, OVENG, ADJEK in the south of Cameroon. The field survey with FEDA at Mbaminkom was very enriching and he looks forward to enhancing his capacity further over the period of volunteering with FEDA.

DJOFANG OYONO Eric

DJOFANG OYONO Eric is a Cameroonian. He holds a diploma in Forest management and participatory management of forest resources, obtained in 2017 from the Regional Center for Specialized Education in Agriculture Forestry and Wood (commonly known by its French acronym CRESA-FORET-BOIS) located in Yaoundé, Cameroon. Main areas of study included; forest and wildlife inventories, landscape management, environmental impact assessment, forest cartography using SIG software. He joined FEDA as a volunteer in July 2019 to help in the preliminary survey of the biodiversity of the Mbaminkom mountain forest Important Bird Area (IBA).
Before joining FEDA, he had worked with a number of organizations including; Action for Sustainable Development (ASD) as an intern, HORIZON VERT, ECOCONCEPT undertaking activities such as the delimitation of hunting zones and cartography of same. His desire and willingness to work with FEDA is not only to contribute to the growth and development of the organization but equally to gain more field experience in the conservation of natural resources.
